To do this, please send an email the Database Administrator to first request a copy of your service sheet (put 'Update Service Sheet' in the email subject line). You will receive a document with the information we have on record for you, such as name, address, phone, email address if applicable, and your pilgrim walk number. Also listed will be any teams you have worked, as well as any talks you have given.
Please review the information carefully and make any necessary changes. Please include your first and last name and the new/updated information and the former information. Be sure to state the former information and the new information. Then email it back so we can update your records in the database.
Attending a Walk to Emmaus sponsored by the Brazos Valley Emmaus Community is not the only way to become enrolled as a member of the Brazos Valley Emmaus Community. The Emmaus community is international.
You or someone you know may have served or would like to serve on a team in support of Brazos Valley Emmaus Community walks. To be credited in the database for team service, you must be enrolled in the database. If you are not enrolled, you will not get credit and you will not be listed on selection lists for other inside team positions.
To enroll in the Brazos Valley Emmaus Community, complete the BVEC Transfer Request form which can be found along with other BVEC forms on the forms page.
